Application area

Dust suppression sprayer is one of the most important new devices for dust control, it is very effective against the particles produced by mining, materials handling, waste disposal, demolition, stock piles, port facilities, construction and many other applications.

Description

Operation

1. Normal water that through a High pressure pump and nozzles (from 5-60 according to the design) that turn into continuously equalized fog. 

2. Cannon throwing a continuously equalized fog flow to a long distance.

Throw

From 35 to 200 meters from the outlet with a maximum elevation of 85° if required above the horizontal.

Traverse

Approximately 270°

Movement

Elevation, arc, traverse, pump pressure on-site and/or by remote control.

Drop size

From 0 to 300 microns curve shifted towards 150 microns.

Power

From a total of 7 kW to 112 kW depending on the throw required and, thus, the model.

Current

380V/50 Hz and others upon request.

H2O Consumption

From 10 to 250 liters/min of clean water.
